Rhys Clark,Sydney Wilson,Daniel Wells & Eden Sharav have been given tour cards after getting through Q-School 1 in Burton today.
Rhys Clark got past Leo Fernandez 4-1 to book his place in the final four at the first attempt in Q-School.The Scot never looked in trouble all the way to facing Fernandez and got past the Irish potter 4-1 with breaks of 63 & 59.
Joining him this year as a pro are Sydney Wilson who put in a dogged display against China’s Chen Zhe to come from 1-0 behind to take the following four frames,Daniel Wells who put in a break of 120 in frame five to beat young Swiss starlet Alexander Ursenbacher and Eden Sharav who got through a tense final frame decider against former pro Adam Duffy.
These four will now drop out of Q-School 2 after qualifying and will pick up their tour cards for the up and coming campaign.
Last chance saloon in Burton in the shape of Q-School 2 will get underway straight away with just four places up for grabs again.
